exercise to function properly! “Sitting is the new smoking”…Let's add exercise to our daily

regimen. Start exercising! Start the program you said you were going to start. If you don’t have

time, at a minimum try and do 10 minutes of exercise, 3x/daily. Be sure to increase your heart
